Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TelepsychAI, ("we," "us," "our"), and you, the user ("you," "your"), governing your use of the TelepsychAI platform and services.

By accessing or using the TelepsychAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

TelepsychAI provides a platform for psychologists to manage client relationships, schedule appointments, conduct telehealth sessions, and utilize additional features as described on our website.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

  • You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior while using the platform.
  • You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or use the content of TelepsychAI for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscription fees and payment terms are outlined separately in our Billing Policy.
  • All fees paid for our services are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in our Billing Policy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using TelepsychAI, you consent to our privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided through TelepsychAI are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TelepsychAI if you violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform and any stored data may be deleted or inaccessible.

  • All payments made to TelepsychAI for subscription fees or any other services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Billing Policy.

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
